Sara Catherine "Cathi" Harrison was born in Paducah, Kentucky on November 26, 1977. Mrs. Harrison graduated from Heath High School in 1996, Murray State University (B.A. 2000), and Southern Illinois University (J.D. 2003). During law school, she worked in the Legal Clinic at SIU, which serves Senior Citizens in Southern Illinois.

Since graduating from law school, Mrs. Harrison has been working as a solo practitioner in West Paducah. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the American Bar Association, as well as the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Mrs. Harrison has also completed training to be a Guardian ad Litem.
